Being a native of North Carolina I love sharing all the wonderful things this state has to offer. NC has so much to offer scenic wise. Obviously I'm not the only one who thinks so since the population has consistently grown every year over the past 15 years. People from all over the world enjoy calling NC home. With so much natural beauty from the crystal coast to the blue ridge mountains, who could blame them. That being said, I feel it's my duty to share not only the well know cities but the cozy country side that you never see or hear about. I plan on highlighting a new area each weekend, then sharing my adventures with you. Please bare with me as I "catch my footing" so to speak. That being said... let's hit the road! My 1st stop is in Taylorsville, NC. Taylorsville is located in the foothills of North Carolina. It's stricken me of more of a community than a town. While it has much to offer, I went to Taylorsville in search of a little southern hospitality and mountain grown apples. I found an abundance of both.
